WSJ Says Lumber Prices Are Way Down, But Don’t Expect New Homes to Cost Less

Lumber prices are finally coming down from the stratosphere. In fact, the Wall Street Journal (reposted on Realtor.com) suggests they’ve fallen so far that they are starting to look cheap to some buyers.
