CoreLogic’s HPI Says Home Prices Up 2.2% in February

According to the latest CoreLogic Home Price Insights (HPI) report, home prices nationwide, including distressed sales, increased 20% year-over-year in February. On a month-over-month basis, home prices increased by 2.2% in February compared with January.
