New Home Sales Up 0.4% in October

The U.S. Government is reporting that sales of new single-family houses in October, 2021 were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 745, which is 0.4% higher than September’s revised rate but is 23.1% lower than one year ago. The median sales price of new houses sold in October was $407,700 with an average sales price of $477,800. There were an estimated 389k new houses for sale at the end of September representing a 6.3-month supply at the current sales rate. Continue reading HERE...
