New Home Sales Up 12.4% in November

The U.S. Government is reporting that sales of new single-family houses in November, 2021 were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 744k, which is 12.4% higher than October’s revised rate but is 14% lower than one year ago. The median sales price of new houses sold in November was $416,900 with an average sales price of $481,700.
