New Single-Family Home Sales Up in July

The U.S. Government is reporting that sales of new single-family houses in July, 2021 were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 708k, which is 1% higher than June’s revised rate and is 27.2% lower than one year ago. The median sales price of new houses sold in July was $390,500 with an average sales price of $446k. There were an estimated 367k new houses for sale at the end of July representing a 6.2-month supply at the current sales rate. Continue reading HERE...
