Yardi Says Multifamily Rents Have Skyrocketed

According to the latest Yardi Matrix Multifamily Report, the average U.S. multifamily rents in June increased $23 to $1,482 (up 6.3% year-over-year). Yardi says single-family (Built-to-Rent) rents grew even faster at an 11% year-over-year pace.
