Yardi Says Rents Were Flat in October

According to the latest Yardi Matrix Multifamily Report, the average U.S. multifamily rents were flat in October. However, Yardi says the national numbers appear misleading as the sector is experiencing an ever-increasing divergence between outperforming and underperforming markets.
