Yardi Says the Return to Normal Remains Slow and Volatile

According to the latest Yardi Matrix Multifamily Report, the average U.S. multifamily rent in September was $1,463.  Summing this up Yardi, says that since the beginning of the pandemic, overall rents have only been up or down by a few dollars each month with an overall national rent decline of $8 since February.
